If we go back to the old badge that will be a major step
    Backwards
Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

OK it isn't my favourite badge through history but it sure ain't that bad and could have been a whole lot worse........ It will always remind me of when Rangers got back in the big time after 15 long long years and love him or hate him (Flavio), somehow he did help get us back up.

Good question , i already feal we are going to lose our soul ( and i dont mean the small matter of the the players or what division we find ourselves in )
I Meen the BIG matter of our Ground , Identity ,Colours ,Crest, the things that make us QPR
The new ground is required because we need a stadium fit for the 21st century. I could not imagine for one moment the owners would change our unique and distinctive strip, and as to your point about crests, many clubs have changed theirs over the years. Spurs for example removed the Latin phrase on theirs and Everton are doing likewise. Do you feel neither club are no longer Spurs or Everton because of that? Have their identities been altered that much that they are no longer the same clubs? I bet most football fans haven't even realised these changes have taken place.

There's more important things to worry about mate.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

He certainly did, and about time.

It was good to see him seeing sense after listening to the majority of fans. Briatore's crest is an absolute abomination and the club have lost a fortune in merch sales as a result.

Regardless of individual opinion (in fairness I don't mind the badge myself), as this thread evidently shows, the club is losing out on revenue with supporters that won't purchase merchandise. Vespa makes a very good suggestion in his OP of the club making merchandise with older / past badges on also - this way those that don't like the badge can still purchase merchandise, bringing in extra revenue & the club don't have to go through the agg of changing badge.

This running a football club lark's easy ya know, might get involved.

I think the time is ripe to have blue&white stripes.

Sorry chaps missed this - didn't realise we were changing back. Just ignore me previous post.

Still guna look into this football club ownership malarkey though.

One positive point about the new crest is that it shows our blue and white hoops.

True Richard ,but we could go ( and have gone ) round in circles on this issue ,and we are never going to agree .

I only started this thread because i was up for spending a few quid on merchandise , but ended up spending nothing ,and its the club that end up losing out. Like i ( and Matty ) , said if there was stuff to buy with the older badges on too, then i would have bought .
