Agree Harry is the right man for the job - just need to make sure hey gets rid of all the dead wood and replaces with players willing to put a shift in for the club. First time I saw a player obviously not trying was Granero last season against Southampton when Hughes played him on the right wing.

As a highly paid professional the minimum you should expect from a player is to actually try.
