Lol you did right mate, they cut away all the excess and then a doctor had one b*ll*ck each holding them up!!!!!!!!.....It looked like an odd game of offal conkers.....felt sick as a dog, I'm not good with Casualty (which the misses loves) let alone that

The funniest part was when he thought his chopper reached right out to the outer most part of the ball bag!
Had me in stitches when the doc pointed that he would have to be HUGE for it to reach that point!
