Agree with everyone who's said there's nothing wrong with what SWP did. Just a bit of training banter to say "look i've been a naughty boy". Bit of a laugh and if anything good for team spirit.
Much like when others put a highchair with his name on at a dinner table once. Thats's more disrespectful if you want to take it completely out of context, and not as a bit of a laugh which it clearly was.
Personally i'm sick to death of hearing anything Warnock has to say. Obvioulsy he did a good job when here initially, but he's become a poisonous ar5e who seems obsessed with QPR and using us to get headlines for himself. At the end of the day, does anyone in football really care what he has to say....? I certainly don't. AS a result he's trying to get headlines in a desperate attempt to generate some interest in his book as said already.
As for the Taraabt tosh.... yeah you created that mindset by indulging him in the first place and letting him get away with murder.

In fairness what can the club do. You fine the player for breaking rules he don't actually give a t oss he's loosing money which is actually down to him think that's the end of the story. Its like when Cesar wore a Chelsea top its in bad taste given the club he represents but you cant reprimand the player for itOriginally posted by Yousef View PostIf what NW said is true, why the club did not take action that time?

And the only manager hired who got any consistency out of him. But this is the reason Taarabt must go, cause the whole team have to pander to him, and then when he gets marked out of the game we are cluless.Originally posted by Del View PostAgree with everyone who's said there's nothing wrong with what SWP did. when you pay idiots ridiculous amounts of money, it breeds a level of arrogance and makes them believe they are above any sort of discipline.
Let's put them on commission only, £75 k for a win, £0 for anything else.
LET'S SEE HOW MANY GO FOR THAT AND HOW ARROGANT THEY ARE THEN?
Are players above being punished now? Is respect a thing of the past?
Warnock may well want to sell more books but that doesn't make SWP's attitude right.
Most of us work bl oo dy hard to earn a fraction of the money these guys do.
They're not in touch with reality IMO

SWP's action showed a lack of respect for NW and indeed the club as a whole it is just part of a greater disdain. His behaviour was childish to be kind and if he's allowed to show off his contempt for the professional conduct that is expected of a senior player what messages are being sent out to all the playing staff?
Should players demonstrate professionalism in everything they do on and off the field?

He only got anything out of him in the championship. He inflated his ego no end and allowed him to be lazy in training and do very little work for the team when not on the ball. In that division you can get away with it, but not in the prem Adel was woeful in the prem under Warnock as the same method simply didnt work and Adel thought he was a superstar when he wasnt.Originally posted by QPRDave View PostAnd the only manager hired who got any consistency out of him. IMO, Mark Hughes got the best out of Adel and he made him a far more rounded player who not only showed signs and glimpses of brillinace, in the premier league, but his work ethic and effort for the greater good of the team increased 200%.
