There's been loads of talk about all the successful businesses that TF runs and how good an operator Beard is; judging by their efforts so far they are clueless about getting even the basics of managing a business right. Yes, they can make strategic decisions about new training facilities and a new stadium and far east marketing opportunities but they have done nothing about demanding a professional committed culture that represents serious intent. When terms like 'circus', 'clowns', 'joke' are regularly used about the club that's down to the board and their inability to hire right, communicate high standards expected of all staff and weak leadership.
