Remember him a few months ago, largeing it up about helping save Gazza, with his other celebrity mates. Now its great he helped get Gazza back on his feet but don't go broadcasting it like you are some sort of hero, do it quietly with dignity.

I was listening last week and the journo from the mirror announced it.... wasn't sure he was meant to or if they had already announced it as I only listen to them on way to work. It was evident from his reaction that is was not mutual consent though and he had been given the boot. Goughie is far worse though - can't see why that thick t.wat is still on air.

spot on sometimes struggles to get his words out and is for every contradicting himself.

For all the bad press he has had in the past Collymore is actually a decent presenter and knows his footie and is not afraid to tell it how it is.
