It's just a buy success merry go round. Always liked City supporters but wonder what they truly think and feel for the club and the legion of foreign players in and out each year, will they feel any affinity with the club especially if they have another trophy less season.Comment

two of the most stable clubs in the to division - Utd and Everton. The latter have never won a trophy under their (former) manager...the former waited nearly 5 years for his first (he got a couple more after that apparently)
Even arsenal, though not won in about 7 years now? 16 years Champs League finish, and for my money will do it again.
TF is not wrong when he talks about the importance of stability...it's vital. just because you don't win trophy after trophy after trophy....even SAF had trophyless seasons at united.
Di Matteo was sacked after half a season and winning the FA and Champs League...Mancini after one season of not winning a trophy...
