I have no doubt that the club monitor the messgeboards. Since relegation and before there have been many fan suggestions on how to improve the club going forwards so thought it would be worth starting a thread which we can all add too.
For me I would like to see the following:
1) Given how we have had our fingers burnt future contracts should be incentive based. I have no problems with players being paid well but it has to be earned and linked to performance and league standing
2) Re-introduction of a proper scouting network. This has been missing since Paladini rocked up. Lets do our homework on players like we used too
3) Maybe harder to do but take a stand against players wanting to sign for us i.e. if they want o pay they pay there own agents fees no negotiation
4) From now on, even if we go up again, away fans only get upstairs, im sure there is a case given the size and nature of ground to get away with this. With away fans upstairs make lower school end the Family Stand and allow fans who were moved from last season from lower loft return to their seats
5) Kids are our future so engage the local community and in particular the youth and the first thing to do to address this is to sort out the astroturf by the TAs. Anyone who has walked past it recently will have seen what a state it has turned into parts of the pitch missing and only part of a goal left. To have a pitch in the state it is within metres and walking distance of a professional football team is a disgrace. Rangers should tell the council we will be responsible for it and do it up but brand it so it shows as a QPR in the community pitch. We should have QPR badges on the fencing and pictures of past players. On matchdays we should have coaches down there for the kids doing free coaching and face painting etc make the pitch part of the matchday experience for the kids!!!! And during the week we should have scouts watching who is playing on it to see if there are any kids worth adding to the youth set up (How good are Palace, West Ham and Brentford at identifying local talent!!)
