The right 'sort' of player

Just watched the video of Harry and Tony on player, they were talking about bringing in the right sort of player. What sort of football did Harry play with Portsmouth the year they came up? 18 points clear of 3rd they were so Harry knows whats needed. Just trying to think what players Harry will be looking to bring? Maybe a few Bournemouth players?

carlton cole is out of contract at west ham aint he? so he will be available on a free which is what we will be after. + zamora will be out for however long with his hip-op

Players who are seasoned pros that Harry knows he can rely on as well as some young talent (possibly on loan). I think Jenas and Townsend are an example of each type. Say what you will about Jenas, but when ever you read an interview with him he comes across as intelligent, hard-working and as a team player - qualities we've sorely missed this season.
