i 'supported' arry's appointment but in all fairness he has 'failed' albeit given no chance to succeed by the hapless mark hughes beforehand.....but i really feel now is the time for fernandes(who in all honesty must also shoulder the blame due to very poor chairmanship skills ) cast aside redknapp and somehow try to seek clubs willing to take most of this dispicable squad of under performers off our hands! we'll suffer the almost certain massive financial losses on these mercenaries who from day one have not given a hoot about this club but the sooner gone the better......lets get in a young manager of potential and alongside a 'director of football(dare i say neil warnock) rebuild from the foundations upwards as i feel a 'gamble' of keeping this blood sucking squad in a vain attempt to secure a quick premiership return will see us in pompeys position within five years if not sooner!

i believe we must follow the blueprint set by clubs like swansea,west brom n i hate to say the fools from the clottage as they have shown how to do it with vision and not risking the very future of their clubs exsistance finacially....

i would honestly 'keep' the following players next season then 'if we do get an immediate premier return politley thank then let certain ones go.

i know many on here see me as some kind of clown and court jester but its really hit me this morning and i dont think i could pay to watch next season if the mercenaries remain sucking the very life out of us again...they showed no stomach for the fight in the prem and would never have the b alls for the slog that is the npc!

derry? he's been my hero for years, but i don't think he should be playing anymore, his role now is managing the new generation...he's a natural born leader and that how he will benefit the club most.

rico i see your point but one more season with derry in the npc with his experience could be invaluble if younger players come in!

That squad you have named is not good enough to come up. Taarabt was Championship player of the season and Derry and co were younger.

Derry = time to retire
Mackie = only good as impact sub (not a starter in a team hoping to win promotion now)
Hill = too many mistakes that people ignore becuase "he gives 100%". He makes mistakes and is too slow.
Anton = he really needs to step up a gear or two. Poor

The rest - maybe, but Hoilett needs to step up too.

As for the out list - we need to keep Taarbs and Park IMHO and we will have a decent midfield.

vesps i understand but i dont want us to get in a total new eleven as our deadline day 'sky circus' has been one of the contributers to our downfall...too many new players that never gelled!....lets keep a core eight or nine with three or four new younger ones!
