Not only is German football in resurgence it's also quite cheap to watch and all Bundesliga clubs are getting good attendances for games average price I Believe to be about €25 a game? Very good value for money.

Wait until they all get to Heathrow and work out that a return fair on the tube and a few beers and a burger at Wembley will set them back nearly as much as there season ticket costs back home!!!! We know how to treat our visitors

That's a big ask mate. Not beyond em, especially if they nab an early goal. But can't see Barca winning 4-0 against Bayern, they're a proper solid side. If anything, thing Bayern will grab a goal as Barca will be going so gung ho to score they'll get caught on the counter. Still reckon all German final with a Dortmund win.

Tickets are very cheap and public transport free on match days for ticket holders. Brilliant.

Genuine question. If the English game were to model the German game would you accept (for arguments sake say from next season) all season tickets to include free travel within LT zones only for home games but season ticket remain same price as this season. For away tickets they would go up by £20 per ticket outside of London and £10 per ticket inside London but include all reasonable travel methods.

Would that sort of arrangement encourage higher attendances?

It really shows how over rated the EPL is , Spain Germany well in front Belgium catching up fast.
Man U certainly not the best thev'e been recently yet still have blown the rest out of the water , why cos the EPL buy too many average foriegn player's looking for ready made success at the expence of the devopement of young players

Agree to an extent however, this season Bayern are 20 points ahead of Dortmund, in the German Cup Final and will sign at least 1, most likely 2 (gotzr and lewandowski) of the best players from their closest rivals.

It's the most uncompetitive of all the top leagues in Europe this season

we are being ripped off big time, in Germany you get to see world class players for £20, here, that get you in to see Barnet

ManU are what 16pts ahead of 2nd ATM, could well be 20 by season's end, plus both German teams scoring 4 against Spain's finest, that's pretty competitive as far as it goes

Well a poor Man U side by their standards has just p/$$ ed over the rest of the EPl making the rest competitive only as runners ups.
But my main point was all the other top countries play more of their nationals

german football is on the rise. always a great international team but due to economic strife suffered during the 80/90's. they have recently started paying bigger wages after having a tight structure.they will use the epl how not to do it. we might love the prem for its passion etc but the quality is getting worse and we are the one's paying through the nose. the model to follow.
