    German Football

Tell you what its not bad at all. Dortmund and Munich look quality

And they have the right idea for looking after the fans (Match ticket and away travel all part of the price). I wonder if there is anything as a club we could be learning from them

I actually much prefer their style of play to the barca style.....pace and power, less possession but using the ball more effectively. I'm not sure there's much we can learn from teams of size of Munich though. I think our board are looking at the right areas, training ground, building from the grass roots......problem is that they backed 2 wrong horses to keep us in the prem.

Ze Germans never invaded during the war but reckon they will in May at Wembley

You look around that Dortmund ground and everyone has a yellow shirt or scarf on they must make some dough from merchandising

Very impressive, leave it to the Germans, but Real will probably bludgeon their way through this one and the final...

I said when the semis were drawn I fancied an all German final but jesus christ I didn't imagine the scores we've seen this week!

Dortmund are 1 helluva side. Big blow losing Gotze for next season though - after tonight reckon that Lewandowski will be offski n all. Started the game worth about £30m and left worth about £50m I reckon!

Nobody will believe this but i actually called Bayern to beat Barca 4-0. My mate said i was farking nuts but he ended up txting me last night saying he cudnt believe i'd called it. I actually went for Bayern 4-0 Barca 0, Dortmund 3 Real 1, Barca 0-2 Bayern 2, Real 2-2 Dortmund. All german final. Bayern are way too powerful for Barca and i just knew they wudnt put up with this ticka-tacka **** like most other teams do. Ive been crying out for someone to go at Barca for ages cos ive always believed theyre not as good as everyone thinks. They look good cos everyone sits back and lets them play that way.

All the Germans have basically done is what English teams were doing 5 or 6 years ago. Its simples. High speed aggressive football with everyone closing down right from the front. Theyre basically playing at Premiership pace. The reason we have basically failed of late is that most our teams in Europe have stopped playing the high tempo game in European competitions and are now playing a slower tempo.

Not only is German football in resurgence it's also quite cheap to watch and all Bundesliga clubs are getting good attendances for games average price I Believe to be about €25 a game? Very good value for money.

Tickets are very cheap and public transport free on match days for ticket holders. Brilliant.
