WE have Bothroyd and DJ on the books who would both get more goals in the championship i reckon, and yet will probably be released...... would be a ridiculous move imo to get Crouch on inevitable high wage. If he's so great nowadays why cant he get in a shockingly poor Stoke side?

Says it all really, Del. On top of the fact that he could have joined us a while back, but chose Stoke. Certainly not the right thing for us, although no doubt the right thing for his finances. Surely, we must have learnt some lessons by now.
