Also chatted to someone else yesterday who basically confirmed, what I had already been advised, that they had been told that TFL are seriously looking at an alternative site for East Acton station.

Interestingly what they added is that they were aware QPR had approached TFL about potential developments involving East Acton Station about 12months ago, not sure how true this part is, but the relocation I would say is kosher

Definitely sounds like old oak common then...it's just whether its the harlesden end or the acton end.

would love the stadium to be on the gasworks site - be like coming home for the club - also nearer to a decent pie-n-mash shop in Portobello Road - knocks spot off that pony establishment know as Cooks on Goldhawk Road - nearest tube station Ladbroke Grove - probably not further than LR is from White City - would be murder to get in & out of - due to Sainsbury supermarket - but hey home is home !!

gas works would be a great location but youd never fit it in. football matches and pop concerts next to the cemetery.. not sure about that either

Looks like the stadium is probably going to be on the car giant site.
Check out...www.london.gov.uk/old oak then click on old oak part 1 and go to page 30!

                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

P45 on the left had side of the page looks very much like a stadium also which is the opposite end of the Gasworks so perhaps there are two options for it

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless
