If I was the Fernandes I would be as spiteful as possible and just keep paying him monthly as they are as as soon as he gets a new job we don't have to pay anymore towards him and he will be out of pocket. I am sure he only wants his pay out up front so he can go to another job; I have no doubt if we had already weighed him in he would be back in management already. Proper managers like Adkins and McDermott are not in the game for money and have got back in at the earliest opportunity as the money is not the be all and end all
