It's not the same unless other sides have the same relevant points totals also.... as mentioned above, the gap was nearly half wht ours is, meaning it;'s not the same situation whatsoever.

I think you are way off. No one has ever clawed back this many points with this many games to go.

He is spot on actually. They won the last three games to stay up after being 2-0 down away to Man City at half time in the third to last game. Dramatic stuff.

He's only correct in that they had the same amount of points we had and they stayed up. What's more relevant is what other teams had.... if there were 3 teams this season with only1 point, we'd already be safe.

It's been well reported that no team has recovered with 7 games to go and a 7 point deficit,,,, so it hasn't been done before.

Fulham were 4 points from safety after same number of games which means add the 3 point extra deficit we have and even their dramatic miraculous end to the season would have seen them relegated by 3 points. They finished on 36 points and stayed up getting 13 points in their last 7 games which i dont think would be enough for us this season. its easy anyhow....win our last 7 remaining games and we will stay up
