"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

This is a set up
I dont think Redknapp is proven as a "Great manager" but I think he is a pretty damn good manager
but if I click on no then it looks like i think he is **** which he clearly isnt
its ****** so i wont vote
why the need for all this stuff anyway, Redknapp is our manager so we should get behind him and the players as we are not going to get any better of either at least until the end of the season, save all the introspection and had wringing until we are either saved or relegatedits New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworksComment

QPR hidden behind a veil of "im only citicising out of concern" and "its just my personality to question everything"...if either was true, plenty of positive comments would
exist too...put it another way..i feel no love for QPR coming from this guyLast edited by QPR71; 05-02-2013, 10:43 PM.Comment

I am not sure whether he is a great manager, he is a great motivator and of putting together a great team. I cant wait to read the book about him and his team that backs him up if it ever comes out. Hopefully the role that Big Joe Jordan has played is reveled. A quiet man and one day I hope he gets the recognition.Populus fui meus nomen , tamen meus nomen est non meus nomenComment

Redknapp is overrated imo.
I wanted hodgson as england manager and I think the press over do it with regards to jumping on the harry bandwagon.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!Comment

In response to the original OP; I don't think Arry is a "great manager" in the same league as people like Fergie (obviously) and Moyes (whom I think is a brilliant manager and lined up to replace Fergie) - but he is certainly a very very good manager.
Finacial discussions aside (whole new can of worms n all that), but the way he took Pompey from near on relegation certs to a 9th place finish the next season plus European football was some achievement, whether you like him or not.
Then at Spurs he took them over bottom of the league (granted they were underachieving massively and really wouldn't have stayed there for long IMO), and took them to finish 8th in the league before gettigna 4th place finish the next year - not too shabby. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

Another poor post from you Marshy, the poll results back that up tooUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GOComment

IMO Harry's greatest quality is getting the best out of the players he's managing. He inherited a squad from MH with some very good players, as well as some demotivated average ones. He's got a lot more out of them than MH.
He made Spurs a consistent top 4/5 team, which they weren't before.
His track record is decent overall, we can always pick holes in anyone's results. People go on about Pep Guardiola. I'd like to manage Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, David Villa, Pedro, Dani Alves, etc ,etc ,etc.
If Harry keeps us up, then yes he's a great manager, if he doesn't he still good IMOComment
