We were a soft touch that lost countless gams when we shouldnt have and leaked goal after goal, you can't change that overnight and HR is trying to make us tough to beat before making us matchwinners each and every week.
I have highlighted this part because it shows your inability to read. Not once did I say that if we play more attackingly, we will make a draw into a win against the teams like Norwich or West Ham. What I did state was that we might win one, and lose one, and that would give us three points, which is better than two draws, which gives us two. So, either you cannot read, or you are putting words into my mouth. Either way, it doesn't look too good for you.

Being a great manager is all about taking calculated risks. When we were 1-0 up against a Hammers side in poor form, and then started to sit back and they started killing us, the calculated risk should have been that we need to kill this game off otherwise they will eventually score. So let's go more attacking, and try and win this one. And if we got the second goal, it would probably have been three points in the bag. So Harry screwed up there. Similarly against Norwich, we were at home, and he started off with two defensive midfielders. Rubbish. We needed the win there. If we can;'t beat Norwich who have been in a slump at home, who are we going to beat?

[QUOTE=Ginger Ninja;1029667]I wonder if this poll would be deleted straight away or allowed to stand:

So long as you remember the rules of the site, there is nothing stopping you from creating a poll. It will of course be deleted if it contravenes the rules

Blimey, not content with trying to belittle Tony Fernandes, you thought you would do the same with Harry Redknapp!
I'm convinced you are a Fulham fan with obviously too much time on your hands.

You don't actually have a clue about football, do you?

I've highlighted a few parts which made me laugh more than anything..... We MIGHT win one- so you base that argument on something you dont actually know.
Being a great manager blah blah blah.. how do you know what it takes to be a great manager? You don't know.
''so lets go more attacking'' ha! even though you explicitally say ''not once did I say if we play more attacking'' arguing against yourself, wonderful stuff.
*sigh* here he goes again... ''it would probably have been three points in the bag''. Probably, so you dont know... yet again. YOU DONT KNOW.
We missed a pen against Norwich, otherwsie we would have won 1-0 and HR plan would have worked perfectly.

Basically what I'm showing you is that you don't actually know what you're talking about. Post after post is full of nonsense, utter Marshy drivel and more nonsense.

Also, I thought you left in a flood of tears and a drama queen strop after you didn't get your own way on a thread?!?

Yep, Harry's a good manager, I like him. Just because he is not great does not mean he is rubbish either. Some of you really need to start looking beyond your simplistic view of the world where everything is either great or terrible.

Thanks for making a complete fool of yourself.

No one knows what will happen before a football game, the manager's job is to take calculated risks to increase the probability of getting the result you want. If you can't understand this simple concept that a 6 year old can understand, I do not think it is worthwhile discussing this any further.

You didn't answer any of the questions I put to you, Marshy. Also, You should really focus on not arguing against youself in future, even though I pointed this out, you still did it. Finally, you still didn't manage to avoid the drivel.

I don't get why you're not a Premier League manager? You are clearly so advanced in your knowledge and the concepts of the game and can set out a team to get a result you want every time. Just think, you could be the first Premiership manager that has to miss a game to revise for his exams.
