I disagree- watching him last season it was clear a lot of the time his shouting had the opposite effect to galvanising the team.

We need someone out there who gives a crap; I agree about the effect he had last season at times; but right now I would be willing to gamble on pee'ing off a few players if there was a remote possibility that some much needed passion was shown on the pitch.

The thing about Joey is if you can fire him up right he could be a very useful player. I don't know how MH or NW handled him, but it's all in the head with Joey. Get that right and he'd be just what we need right now, bit of passion and fire.

He wasn't last year for the vast majotity of the season. First 3/4 of season he had 1 good game against Wolves who are useless.

Then he needed to be booed off to actually bother making any effort at all. That performance v Liverpool was the worst I have ever seen from a QPR player, let alone a Captain. That was too late there were very few games left then. Shows that he wasn't making any effort before.

He is devisive, disruptive and disrespectful to his team mates (Mackie w***er sign was wrong in front of all the fans) and would probably seal our fate if he came back - as going down. He also let us down when we needed him most on the last day. Good job Stoke kept us up...not joey...not MH. We failed in our objective and got lucky.

The problem is the way the team is being managed....not that we desperately need a new player - we have better players than some around us.
