Ramsey Out or Ramsey In?

Austin was the poorest player on the pitch against Charlton. His attitude plus Ramsey playing him up front by himself in either 4231 or 433 seems part of the problem at present, not the solution.Originally posted by West London is Rss View PostOur 9 games left now are...
Yeovil - Away
Cardiff - Home
Wolves - Away
Rottherham - Home
Huddersfield - Away
Forest - Home
Blackburn - Home
Hull - Away
Fulham - Away
Considering we got comprehensively beaten in the end by a Charlton side that finished 12th last season i'm not really too sure how many of those games we are nailed on to win under Ramsey - Especially if Austin goes.

But what if he's not the man for the re-build? How long does he get? A week? A month? 6 seasons when were in the Unibond? How long?Originally posted by Awin View PostFinally I get it... Those that want CR out now expected us to bounce straight back into the prem, those suggesting we give him time expect the club to rebuild and appreciate what a job that entails.
I fall into the latter - appreciating past mistakes, slashing the wage bill and building a squad that if / when we go back up that won't require a complete rebuild AGAIN.
Seems the two different expectations causes the friction between our fans.
10 games for me.

this thread is embarassing, big bunch of bloody drama queens its been one game and you lot are getting worked up over hypotheticals... anyone saying they want ramsey out is championing the exact kind of short termism that this club has become famous for and the same thing us fans have been moaning about.
This is such a massive time of change for the club with the whole footballing and management philosophy attempting to take a shift towards the better, and a massive turnover of players including a different type of player (lower league, hard working, and yes... cheaper)!
Give the man til xmas at least unless the situation really is drastic, hes still finding his feet aswell as the players and the dire pre season which will of affected us cannot be blamed on him aloneLast edited by Adel; 10-08-2015, 01:13 PM.

Ramsey has not earned the right to be a championship manager in my view. Why we feel the need to take a risk on someone who hasn't managed a senior team ever is beyond me. Let a league 1 or 2 team take a risk. Having said all that, we have given him a 3 year deal in the summer. We gave him the contract and we need to stick with him and give him our full support. We're 1 game into the season.....

Xmas for me.. And then only if there are no shoots of recovery and we are near bottom..
If rebuilds were that quick clubs would sack managers every couple of games...(it's getting worse I agree)... Sometimes projects are just that.. Projects that take time

That also goes from Clement (aimed at those that were desperate for him)Originally posted by James1979 View PostRamsey has not earned the right to be a championship manager in my view. this is another thing... people, like yourself are more than entitled to have the view that Ramsey was the wrong appointment in the first place! But now he is manager he needs to be given the chance, calling for him to be sacked after 10 games with the task he has at hand is just a knee jerk reaction and one that would probably snowball into bigger problems... like you said we are one game into the season!Originally posted by James1979 View PostRamsey has not earned the right to be a championship manager in my view. So if we lose 10 games on the spin, bottom by 10points in October, u will be happy for him to continue?Originally posted by Adel View Postthis is another thing... people, like yourself are more than entitled to have the view that Ramsey was the wrong appointment in the first place! Let me tell you what's REALLY embarrassing: rewarding his overseeing of our gormless relegation with a 3-year contract. We all know he won't be here in 3 years' time, he'd be lucky to last this season. Which means more money down the drain when he is shown to the door.Originally posted by CroydonCaptainJack View PostAnd how many of those players had he brought in last season? As I say embarrassing.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Appreciate your view but all we are doing is discussing how long he should get... Nothing wrong with talking about it whatever your view.Originally posted by Adel View Postthis thread is embarassing, big bunch of bloody drama queens its been one game and you lot are getting worked up over hypotheticals... anyone saying they want ramsey out is championing the exact kind of short termism that this club has become famous for and the same thing us fans have been moaning about.

No-one is getting 'worked up'.
Put your knickers back on lad.

There was a big IF in there.Originally posted by Awin View PostLose 10 in a row? Surely that view by its very nature a knee jerk reaction to one game
10 games is plenty... If we're losing but look like improving then fair enough give him till xmas. If we're shocking he has to go. One game isn't enough but by 10 we should see where we're heading.
