Strangely enough, yes from me. Take hope from the fact that he is still with us and we are not keen to panic-sell him on the cheap + no one seems to be willing to meet our asking price.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Genuinely think he'll start the season with us but after a hat-trick at Charlton, someone will pay the dough we are after

Teams would still buy him Maids. They dont forget about players because they have a slight strain mate

Plus his agent will keep any "faded" interest in him alive

I think there are circs under which he could stay until January. It's not just a question of a any prem club being the better option - he'll want to go somewhere where he is going to get games and some service for a change, and those two things don't always go together. Plus of course potential buyers playing a long game can miss out, we all know about that in these parts ffs.

So while him staying is not an impossibility, he will definitely go if the right club go close to our valuation. Those are the two main boxes that need ticking.

Ok .....probably not a popular view, but unless he signs an extension with us, then I want him to go

Thought no chance, but the focus on him at the moment is huge, co commentating, interviews etc, just not sure why that would happen if he was off. Never been more surprised than when Joey Barton started for us in the Championship, wouldn't be that shocked if Charlie started.

Difference is though with Joey he was on a top 6 premiership wage so if he moved it would have been a huge wage cut for him which however much pontificating he did he wasn't willing to take a hit in the pocket plus no decent club was ever interested. Charlie's next move however will almost certainly lead to a wage increase.
Really does sum up our contract negotiators.

Few of my pals were in Italy on Saturday. And from what one of them told me regarding Austins conduct before and after the match I'd be very surprised if he is still with us.
