No, that wasn't all you said. You were far more strident in your take on the Rio situation.

For the record, I couldn't give a toss if you resign or not.

I tend to be strident occasionally, yes.
Should this be the prerogative of ordinary members only?

Only when the opinion is as sicken as the one you expressed on the Rio Ferdinand thread.
It was absolutely disgraceful and Myu should be ashamed to have those comments associated to his site

No, as long as you start attention seeking threads every time you get disagreed with.

You should bear in mind though, if you do get into a disagreement, you are the only one with the power to ban the other.

I have not banned anyone for ages and when I did ban people it was not for disagreeing with me, but for breaking the forum rules. Otherwise half the forum would have been banned by now ... at least And bans are always transparent, i.e. visible to other other mods, so if someone abused the ban hammer, it would have been a very short power trip indeed.

I never belittled his personal tragedy - quite on the contrary, if you read carefully.
Some say they're disgusted by something, well I'm disgusted as well that
someone would misinterpret my opinion of him at QPR in such a sick manner.

What you said is there for everyone to see but sadly they can no longer comment on that thread as "someone" locked it for some strange reason.

Just to add, you should be ashamed of yourself for those comments. Very scummy indeed. Even Hitman pulled you up on it, and he has strong views himself. Nothing wrong with strong views at all but you took the p!ss. And whats worse is that you don't seem to think you said anything wrong at all. Horrible.

Personally I don't care as I don't post enough and if I was ever banned for any reason wouldn't bother me in the slightest.

My only problem is that I consider you about as much as a QPR fan as I do a London/Surrey born and bred person who claim to be a Man Utd fan ie they're not. Rather it went to a genuine fan but that's probably just me and as stated before couldn't care less other than that.

That's unfair. A QPR fan is a QPR fan, regardless of where they are now or where they come from.

All I will say on the matter is that IMO admins/mods should at least be mindful/sensitive of the fact that posters are unable to put them on 'ignore', and would therefore have no choice in having to read comments they may find offensive or distasteful. So in that regard, for me, the role comes with a degree of responsibility.
