Whats the consensus on our former Real Madrid midfielder? Give him another season? Must be better this time round and has a season in PL under his belt.

Looks fit as a fiddle in the pre-season beep test thing, and we know he can play ball.

Could be a big player for us this season IMO.

I'd love to see him given a chance. He showed flashed of what he could do previous season. Sometimes it takes a few games or a year for foreign player to adapt their game to english football so hopefully he could hit the ground running this time.
Technically very gifted and certainly can pass the ball....definitely deserves a chance.

Id definitely keep him as think he has a lot to offer and was nowheer near as bad as some made out. He has the ability to dictate play and would work really well with Barton imo. Also the atmosphere at the club is chalk and cheese compared to the season he played so would be better in general. I think with the right players around him he would shine.
