2 goals in 12 games (0 in his last 9) is not a good return and the chances are he will struggle to even match that ratio in the Premiership, so no thanks.
I'd rather gamble on Trotta who has 12 months left on his contract and is not likely to cost much.

I like Doyle for his workrate but cant see him scoring often in the PL.
He'd be better off in the Championship back at Reading or Wolves though for one last swansongComment
