Ive already done a harry in or out poll, and its biased cos you didnt out an option of 'hes doing a fine job and if he gets us up lets give him a chance in the premiership'..

Where's the 'best manager in the division' choice. That one.

Not voted, this is a very biased poll. Kirill, you should know better!!!

Option 4 doesn't need the tailing remark.
Option 5 should be 'Should see out his contract'

Went for the closest option of keeping til the end of the season. No point changing now.

the poll doesn't quite work as it your opinion on HR commits you to calling for immediate action. I think the guy is a total charlatan but I certainly don't see the point in sacking him right now.

I'm in the 'none of the above' camp btw. I never had any faith in HR in the first place: http://www.wearetherangersboys.com/f...e-SWP-Park-etc

    No?

A guy with a reasonably successful career at a top club, involved in the Champions League, trophy-winner.

Drops down to little old QPR, for probably the last big contract of his career.

Who am I talking about here? The above applies to Bosingwa, SWP, Park, Cisse etc, but it also applies to Redknapp.

If we think the problem with our current squad is the amount of overpaid mercenaries, who see QPR as a last payday and, having once played at the top of the table, can no longer be arsed breaking a sweat to ensure we finish 12th rather than 18th....

...then why doesn't that same argument apply to our manager?
...so this doesn't particularly surprise me. But sacking him now would be daft. I'd like to see him go in the summer though, whatever division we're in. He's clearly not in this for anything other than the immediate short term, and I'd rather we appointed someone who wants to be at the club in five years time. I reckon he might walk anyway - would he really want to end his career with a relegation? He must know our squad would get torn to shreds in the PL. Worst case scenario is probably TF giving him 30m to spunk on his mates from Spurs class of '09, and then us getting relegated anyway.

Hilarious to see the WATRBs hive mind finally cotton on to what several of us were saying back in the Autumn. Back then, we pointed out our inability to score goals, entertain, or look like we were progressing into any sort of 'team' rather than a collection of the best paid individuals in the league. And we were shouted down by people saying "the table don't lie! we are top of the league!!! support the team and stop moaning!"

Or maybe every other fan on the planet would be happy with the manager keeping the club in the top three all season long eh.

    Out!

The first female manager in English fotball is ready to step in as soon as possible.

On a more serious note; Warnock or Røsler.

Sorry vesp I didn't mean now , I agree changing manager now would most definatly do more harm than good . I meant going forward I think we need to go down the younger route rather than re visiting old managers
