See my post on other thread. Not bothered at all. Guy has reached the peak in his career. The 6 months in our promotion season was the best he was ever going to be. Limited footballer who didn't offer much to the side. Good business by the club.

Like Adel had one great season and his reputation has been cemented on that alone.

If memory serves me right in our promotion season he was on fire first few months but at the business end he was not existent and never chipped in with any goals

Will miss his passion, but limited ability overall. Does annoy me however forest can get a deal tied up within a day, whilst QPR take an entire pre-season.

Forest had been working on these deal for several weeks. There were several rumours about it but since it was not a high profile transfer like Hooper, nobody really commented on it. Whether you think these are good deals or not, we completed the transfers of Simpson, Dunne and Henry with very little fanfare. If you are going after a high profile transfer then it will always drag on and you might not get what you want in the end. Just look at the Rooney saga, that looks likely to run until the end of the transfer window.
