It's a difficult one bus it really is. Does his personal life have an impact on that what he has done as a footballer? We won't see a player with all that ability and still playing for one of the best sides in the division at 40 years old ever again. It's a football related job and what he's done as a player is a superb example to youngster so I guess it depends which side of the coin you see it.
