                  Hopefully he can answer why we had no debt, when we had ABC loan for 10 million, plus 1 million interest each year payments to keep up

                    abc was killing us...and they had the option to increase interest to any amount, hence re-negotiating and transferring it to amit/amulya ....8%?? over 2-3 yrs...then full amount, £8m??
