I think back to last season home against Villa, the worst thing that QPR did was to win that game. anything else might have seen Redkrapp sacked and replaced with Pulis.
As for sacking underperforming managers, I have no issue with that. Flavio sacked Magilton, and caretakers like Hart and Harford but they deserved to lose their jobs, He may have been a bit too ruthless with Dowie and Sousa, although their football was boring to watch.
