  • I have a brain tumour

Was diagnosed with an Acoustic Neuroma last week. This is a primary brain tumour that grows along your acoustic nerve towards your brain stem.

I've been unable to come to LR this season due to feeling unwell/balance problems/tiredness/deafness. At least I now know the cause.

Still trying to come to terms with it to be honest. I have had Leukaemia for the last 5 years and this just about caps it all.

Sorry to hear that, at least it is a benign tumour so it should be cured with no complications?
Doubt you will miss much by missing out on the next season in any case, just like you haven't missed much this season.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Farking hell mate. That's awful - can't even begin to imagine what you're going through!! Certainly puts things in perspective. Genuinely wish you all the best in your recovery & return to health.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Sorry to hear that, especially on top of the leukaemia. I don't need to tell you to keep fighting as you clearly are, my thoughts are with you. I had a brain haemorrhage back in 1992 at Everton V QPR and 21 years later I am still on top of it, thanks mainly to the doctors and a bit of fight from me. Take care.

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

As you say, having the correct diagnosis to explain why you were feeling unwell is a huge positive for you, hope your full recovery will be speedy and successful.
