        Can't vote.

He hasn't been brilliant but he's done well to shift dead wood & he has got us up.

Championship is NOT Harry's domain. Premier League is so for that & us being wiser in the transfer market I say he should stay.

He has to stay, we need to be stable. I think yesterday and the Wigan semi-finals showed, we have actually got a team spirit and togetherness that Derby fans among many others
spouted off we didn't have. Kept hearing we have over the hill individuals.
Let's try and get this promotion right...no owner looking to sell the club....a manager that most clubs would bite your hand off to have as manager of them....and he knows and i think performs
best in the Prem. He has done what he set out to achieve, it ain't been pretty at times but that's the Championship.
          Harry for me

Harrys got to stay - there were times a few weeks ago where I thought harry should go and I cant hide away from that...but the guy has got us promoted and galvanised the squad. Footballs also about the moment and when we lost charlie and matty it obviously changed the dimension of the team and we lost some attacking potency. We cant underest etimante how much a effect this had on us and maybe myself for one and a few others were to harsh on Harry.
I think it was all clear to see harry hasnt enjoyed the championship and for a manager whos maanged most his career in the prem you cant blame him.
Jimmy got it spot on imo championship is not harrys domain hes done the job but in the prem hes at home and we definitely need to get behind him and back him.

              Exactly this.

Assuming he wants to stay, we need to be fully behind him.

An "upgraded" version of HR will most probably do well in the prem. I`m sure he will fight for his legacy.

Move him upstairs as a DOF and get Sherwood in with Sir Les, Clive Allen and Clint as coaches.

                    Stick don't twist.
You change the manager, you start all over again.
Lose Redknapp, more than likely lose Barton.
We need rid of the mercenaries instead.
QPR, remember that name, you'll be cursing it later

This season hasn't been pretty at all but he's done what he's supposed to do. There's a togetherness with this bunch. We need to hold on to that and add the right talented characters and we will have a good chance of staying up next season.

It was always going to be a season of transition, and going up via the playoffs after such a massive player turnaround is an awesome acheivement.

Been far from brilliant, but he's got us up, so he stays if he wants to and TF wants him to. Please, Harry, lay off the Spurs players, loads of foreigners and the oldsters. Bring in some top class championship players.

If I was the owner he would be gone, but I am not and Tony will not bomb him out. The club needs to get with the modern times with regards to management and coaches. Yes we won yesterday which is all that matters but it was 90mins of the worst football I think I have ever seen.

I hope that his last effort in the prem was a one off. Hence, I chose to give him the benefit of the doubt now.
