Not trying to imply anything Kev. Ramsey's comments are very clear and transparent. If you train properly, professionally and give 100% you're more likely to get picked on a Saturday - for the benefit of the team-play, our current predicament, and out of respect to fellow team-mates.

Yep, and I 100% agree with him...... BUT I would say is it the right time in the season to be bringing this type of philosophy/discipline to the team?- very few games left, desperately need points and certainly need our strongest side playing when possible!... like I said I do agree with what he's saying and doing. But imo at this moment in time its about getting over the line 'no matter what'.

But that's the whole point Nick. In order to achieve what you describe, you need to have players 100% committed to the task in hand - and that goes for everyday on the training pitch too. And tbf to CR he is observing that everyday at Harlington, not us.

True and like said I do agree with CR.... How many games has Vargas missed because he's not given 100% in training but is 100% fit to play?.. just wonder if he would've/couldve made a difference in those games
