If the weathers not great try Tregenna castle resort. Indoor pool, spa and plenty of other facilities for non-residents.

I thought you might be interested in knowing that I saw the specialist on Thursday and it was all good news. The tumor has shrunk and my bones have strengthened. I have been attending Guys and St. Thomas's and I can't praise them enough. They are able to treat me using medication. I now have 8 weeks of gruelling physio twice a week, but it's worth it.

Well done Mel keep fighting and great news
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
