Sure Ilias is sometimes a little greedy but generally I feel he always tries his hardest and if he got the chance to move on, we should wish him well. He is certainly at least as good as anything else we have and, surrounded by better players, I think he could do well. As for us overall, let's not be too judgemental for a while yet. But I am worried.

Our link up play is poor , we don't move the ball quickly enough forward , forever playing it safe and backwards .
When chair attacks he has at least 2 players on him and over hits it or loses the ball .
Real lack of quality throughout the team

Probably Willocks last outing for us imo I thought he was poor today Chair had beating of rb the walker Peters was too fast for him

Willock should have been subbed much earlier maybe after 60 min Smyth would have created much more down the right flank. Dykes in my opinion was awful today if you are playing as a target man its ok if you dont score goals, but you have to hold up the ball and bring in other players in to play.

Not a bad game Southampton are miles ahead of us if we compare the squads. We had some halfchanses could easily had been 1-1. It is a work in progress Marti will bring some players in January. This season is about surviving and we will 100% do that.

Consolation prize today the snake lost his first game 0-3 at a packed stadium of light.

Currently, it feels like none of our recent opponents have had to work very hard to take points off us. They just play patiently within themselves safe in the knowledge we will eventually go slack at the back, the bulk of our crosses and shots will be wayward and we are generally devoid of ideas in the final third.

We could have 3 strikers on they ain't going to score if Chair doesn't cross the ball when he does it's over hit or blocked, it's costing us, he is not the only one that doesn't cross the ball or they just smash it into the first man or it misses everyone out.

The only positive is most of the results from teams around us went our way, obviously we need help in the January window, hopefully the right players are brought in and we are not too far adrift!
