Sort of expected this.

At the time of posting, I was just relieved we wouldn't have to risk more injuries if we somehow got through to the next round.
Our squad is thread bare already, and Dykes could also be out (waiting on the assessment of his injury).

I have never took pleasure in us losing, the same way you never see me posting trash about any of our players.

And yes, I do call myself a supporter of over 55 years.
Even took half day vacation from work today so I could listen in.

The fact we had players cramping up in the 70th minute today, also proves that a cup run would have a negative impact on our league standing.

I was disappointed and angry we lost as a cup run brings in much needed money .

but as you say we need to stay in this league that’s more important

I mean with him in the team, we don't score and we lose a lot of games. So without him, I expect more of the same

Let's see then. Guy gets no service at all. Plays upfront completely isolated..misses the 1 chance he may get all game and he's the reason we are crap. For lots on here. No one mentions the fact we have no other players who can muster a shot on goal let alone score a goal.

As I hit submit, I felt unclean - never have taken any pleasure in us losing.
I can remember an under 18 FA cup game against Man U sometime in the early 80s, where I lost my cr ap when we lost.

But as every minute went by in yesterday's game, I was fearful we was gonna lose Field to injury, making Saturdays league game a tougher hill to climb.

Nobody has ever said it would be easy following QPR, but even with decades of pain and anguish, I would not trade my team for anything.

yes i was disappointed with the result and the way we lost it in the last seconds

however i came back from that game very upbeat we played okay and yes we could have played better however its the fact weve got decent youngsters looking hungry on the sidelines

i thought Dixon Bonner in flashes looked decent
Duke McKenna looks like he could fill in at any time and i would go as far as saying hes already able to replace Dozzell full time or at least go ahead of him in the pecking order

the 2 that stood out for me though were Ryan Kolli and Alez Aaroha both look like they have that little something about them it seems there is life in our youth structure after all

it also seemed that the 8 thousand that were there on wednesday were well behind GA which i thought was nice and the footballi witnessed was much better than i was expecting

i think we need another striker but with kolli around im not sure were gonna get 1 with him and Sinclair Armstrong around the future is actually looking bright
i thought Kakay looked very good to be honest yesterday but i still do think we need a right back on loan too
