Wow that was tough to watch. 1st half totally dominant without really creating a lot yet should have gone in in front awful defending and poor goalkeeping. Don't know what happened in the dressing room but we were dreadful for virtually all of the 2nd half. They pushed Dabo much further forward and they then took over. In my opinion Amos and Carroll never had an impact on the game. Cameron and Wallace were dreadful and you won't win many games when 4 of your players are that poor.Sorry make that 5 as Wallace was poor as well. After the 2 let offs from corners maybe Lumley should come and try to get rid of the ball.

It's not an over reaction when your team of professionals manage one shot on target in the second half. Watching the defence who yet again have no idea who to defend the box when we are told they practice it over and over again in training means the supporters are peed off. The first goal we conceded was a cross in the box when all.our players ran to the near post and left the one Coventry player in the box all by himself and our keeper had the reflexes of an 90 year old when it was a very saveable header for a good keeper. Unfortunately we dont have one..

It was also lost by not creating a Chance from open play , Chair has to be one of the 3 mids if we play this system.Amos , Carrol and Cameron all one paced and to similar.

What annoys me the most is how well we controlled the game in the first half, can’t believed we conceded when we did and in that fashion, shocking from Wallace and I still think Lumley could of done a lot more. Good championship teams make the most out of the possession when they have so much, us on the other hand we struggle to get the ball moving around the box, around the back, great, but that doesn’t win you football matches. I think today really showed that we are still lacking going forward. Chair was very very quiet today and made nothing for Dykes. I can’t believe for the 90 minutes we made little crosses into Dykes who would of eaten up there defence in such situations. I hope next weekend we get the edge on Boro who won’t have a manager present at training due to quarantine, I also hope a signing or two are in the offing going forward, because we need it.

Thomas is showing on wiki as a midfielder/attacker. But if he is the high energy player he says he is I would like him to play as a defensive midfielder - perhaps. Clearly Cameron does not have the legs for that and is a squad player now when others are settled in.

Ball for Cameron. Smyth for amos if Amos is supposed to be playing up along dykes. If not then maybe Thomas. We need that second striker asap. Bonne would work alongside dykes as the tippy tappy nonsense that we saw tonight gets us nowhere. Get the ball up top early and play off the front 2 lads.

Yeah, didnt impress in the few occasions he got possession. He looks so small and out of his depth. But when Olly first played him on the left he looked decent. Really need to see more of him to make a call.

I do totally agree. BOS played very well for us, but other than Dykes no-one wanted the ball.

Dissappointing result, but not surprised we lost.

Not stressing as it's still early in the season and the team need time to gel.

Very poor. Lacked desire and belligerence - minute Cov got after us we literally shrivelled up and melted. Does Warburton realise that pitches are 100yds long??? Spent first half poncing around making pretty shapes and patterns in first two-thirds of pitch but did zero in last third where it matters. Second half was just an embarrassing disintegration into a sluggish, disjointed mess. It's actually baffling how we didn't lose the game til late on given we created zero from open play.
