Thanks rangers4life, maybe you could be backup when Loftus is unable to.

Loftus, condolences to whoever you lost.

Joel Lynch is back in the QPR squad for tonight’s game at home to West Brom.

Lynch has missed the last couple of games because of a back problem but has been passed fit to return to action.

Rangers, who missed out on the FA Cup quarter-finals after losing 1-0 to Watford on Friday, have lost five Championship matches in a row and slipped to 18th in the table.

But manager Steve McClaren has suggested to the club website that he might resist the temptation to make changes despite recent results and a packed fixture schedule.

Rangers have been unlucky during their run of defeats and McClaren believes an upturn is on the way.

“There is a temptation to use the squad,” McClaren said.

“But I think our last game being on Friday rather than Saturday has helped, and those that played are quite positive about the performance which is the main thing.”

I would have preferred Hall to Lynch, maybe he needs a rest after 4 games in about 10 days. Hope he ain't injured again

So if we loose with less than six goals you call it true progress? I think progress is a better league position than last year! That's still within reach, but it is hardly progress if we just loose by three goals today.

                          Are we playing 3-5-2 today?

I hope so. I think it worked well against Watford and I would like to see more of it. It means Freeman in a central position, which I think is crucial.

By no means the only measure QPR Oslo, but a good benchmark. The first thing that came to mind wasn’t a loss. Let’s say, by the grace of God, we sneak a 1 nil win then yes I’d see that as progress. Nevertheless, the truest mark is league position at the end of the season. There’s 16th 2017/2018 and 18th 2016/2017 to beat.

Yes, Agree. The true mark is league position. Style of play has nothing to do with progress, that's the strategy to achieve the goal of winning a match.
