I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

          That's it then
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Sunderland are really pressing now - Cattermole the latest man to test Ingram with a shot from just outside the Rangers' box.

Nasser looks out of energy completely. Needs to be subbed. Sylla off for polter too now

First change for QPR and it's Idrissa Sylla coming off - the recent signing can be reasonably pleased with his first start. Sebastian Polter is on in his place.

Sunderland are sensing joy again on their right-hand side with two, sometimes three men stationed far up the field. Washington is the man working in front of Hamalainen again. Not for long though - the R's number 9 is placed by Massimo Luongo.
