We are obviously by far not relegated, but we need fresh ideas from a new manager ASAP,IMO.

I am not sure that this can be fix by a different manager as the team does not have enough at the front or back. The players are predictable and uncreative. I know tactics can be changed but we have not got a decent sqaud and are stuck with it.
