  • Jean Newman RIP

Very sad news today that Jean Newman passed away peacefully this morning.

One of the few that still remained at the club over many years. To be giving 24 years service to the club is a wonderful and great achievement

My best wishes go out to her family at this difficult, a couple of which still work at the club now.

My condelences especially go out to Julie and Jade who I know very well.

A lady held in regard by her peers and someone that will sorely missed in and around Loftus Road. Very sad day.

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Jean was such a lovely person. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and everybody at Loftus Road. Jean was retiring from QPR after 24 years and she was looking forward to it. So sad. R.I.P.

24 years service is very honourable. Thoughts are with family and friends at this sad time.

A truly kind and sweet lady. I grew up knowing her as my neighbour on the White City Estate. RIP. Love and prayers to your family. I'll miss you Jean. RIP.
