Always sad to hear of the passing of a true QPR legend. Not so long ago it was Mike Keen, now Tony Ingham, men who are forever firmly embedded in the history of Queen's Park Rangers.

It is with great pleasure and admiration that I can boast to having seen the great man play in the hoops for many years.He was left back and captain when I first started going to LR. in 1952.Legend is not a big enough word for this lovely man who was QPR through and through and a real gentleman,not like the prima donnas of today who parade around and try to screw the club for every penny they can and throw their toys out of the pram when they're subbed .They should be forced to sit,watch and learn from any archive footage that may still exist today,to see what real footballers are all about.
