Predictable loss against a far superior team, first half was a shambles, we could barely get the ball, and when we did gave it straight back.
Unfortunately atm we are playing players who are out of their depth at this level, Brazilian kid, Bennie and Morgan are not ready and should be out on loan, Kolli, Saito and to a lesser extent Vale are passengers, that’s 6 players not really good enough, no team in the world could cope with that.

Second half slightly better, however United never got out of second gear.

Another season ruined by long term injuries, the club need to sort this out asap, the fitness team are obviously not up to scratch.
Thankfully we have 47 points so should be safe, is JS the problem with these poor performances and odd tactics, still on the fence as injuries have decimated his choices.

JS needs to take the blame to some extend, but likewise the players.

For their first, JCS put in an interception but the ball looped over to the far post for a tap in. But Edwards wasn't on his toes and let his man go free. That was p1#£ poor marking from a £4.5m player!!!

Second, Varane either aimlessly passed the ball to one of their players, which is an insult to the phrase "school boy error". If his motivation his shot from being denied a Jan transfer back to France then he needs to stay in the reserves. The club believed he would help push us into top six, but if he wanted away, he should have been sold with us keeping Field.

I do blame JS for putting a team out that didn't fight for every ball and didn't move to give players options.

But the biggest blame hasn't to rest with the medical team and Nourry. I would get rid of the top end medical and performance coaches because they're not doing their jobs from what I can see.

Also, its Nourry's philosophy to put younger players into the firing line, but there are just too many of them out there right now. In hindsight, we should have cashed out on Varane and kept Field..!

This is a football team not a shop window auction for young football players!!! Most of these young players need developing in League One, not the championship. There's nothing wrong starting with some older players, even if they're taking a slot on the grass that wont yield a transfer fee.

And please........Walsh is not a young keeper!!! He is 24yrs old in a month. He is an inexperienced keeper because he stayed in development football too long and his loans amounted to 25 games mainly at non-league level. Although, none of the goals yesterday were his fault.

The medical and youth philosophy needs a radical rethink in the summer and the manager need to grow a pair and tell the Board if players aren't ready.

Been a bad week but overall mid table which is generally an improvement over most of the last handful of years or so.

Even over our recent dip in form the main issues we have had is letting in too many goals and not looking like scoring any. Is that really such a big deal for a football club?

We have no end product , no game changers and half the bench are kids .

And of the injured players only Burrell & Madsen have had consistent praise from fans.

- Poku is still an unknown quantity
- Chair has regularly received criticism
- Dembele can be as bad as Saito
- Obikwu is an unknown quantity

I look forward to seeing Burrell out there again, but the others might not be much better than we already have out on the pitch. The current bunch need to look at themselves!! Different players might freshen things up a bit and let others come out of the limelight, but I'm not expecting a huge up turn in form just because they come back in. Something else seems wrong with this bunch......?????
