  • Very small mercies but....

We could be off the bottom if Man U beat reading by at least 2 goals!

The way today's going though I wouldn't be surprised if reading win

That leaves us 19th in the table. As you said, small mercies.

This is a devastating blow, especially after being totally on top first half and deserving more, but that goal on HT changed everything...... Instead of going in flat and worried, and the fans lambasting the fact they hadn't had a single shot, it gave them renewed belief and they used that 2nd half..... gutted.

However, i always said us, Villa and Wigan have players that can hurt teams and score goals and nothing's changed. AT the end of the day its weakened our chances as Villa now have a good cushion, BUT, we are playing well and must continue. Regardless if the points came today or later, we still need to amass probably 37. What we need to hope is that Sunderland continue their rotten form and slide as i see them getting less points than Villa and us in the run in....

Del leave it mate. I respect your desperate attempt to hide the facts but it's over mate.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
