    Hang on a minute. If Green was ill and didn't make the bench perhaps Cesar had to play and might not have really been fit to do so. Yes , he should have come for the cross for the equaliser, but he didn't and that might be because he wasn't fit enough. Likewise for not getting down for the 2nd. However, I am not quite sure what he could have done with the winner. That was schoolboy defending all around, especially leaving Benteke unmarked whilst all going towards the near post. Not forgetting Jenas' lack of a challenge (I'll give him the benefit of doubt and say he was more concerned about conceding a pen rather than getting hurt).
