Tony aint losing sleep over QPR debt

    Reuters – Mon, Mar 11, 2013 07:10 GMT

AirAsia, which has moved aggressively into new markets and placed huge jet orders to build a modern fleet,
said last month it wants to focus on its core Malaysian, Thai and Indonesia routes, then grow its Philippine
    and Japanese routes profitably.

Last week the Indian government approved AirAsia's proposal to set up an airline jointly with the Tata group,
paving the way for the first foreign carrier to enter the Indian domestic aviation sector.

"This strategic partnership is all about growing the market," AirAsia group CEO Tony Fernandes told reporters.

AirAsia and Tata win bid for Indian budget carrier

A bid by Asia's largest low-cost carrier, AirAsia, to set up an airline in India wins approval from the Indian government.

Perhaps because there's nothing to lose sleep over? Do you not think Fernandes has thought about the debt at QPR and there is already a plan in place in case we do go down?

Our debt is to TF and the shareholders, it's to people who (at the moment) are passionate about QPR. As long as that is the case, we'll be fine.
