Taking my son for his first r'ss game 2moro. He is nearly 3abd thought it time, he is v excited. Rangers have been great, changed my seat from R block to lower loft, his ticket is free and putting photo in program. Should be great day out, can't drink my usual amount on train from Coventry.

Hope so, he keeps holding rangers shirt up and says "like daddy". He sings pig bag, says "come on rangers" when he kicks a ball etc. I just hope I can hide the fact we are **** until he has fallen in love proper :-). Seriously, should be fun day.

It's not just the day, it's the lifetime of disapointment you are going to subject him to ......................... Ester's going to be knocking on your door

              IT'S NOT TO LATE

Take him to cadbury world instead
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

I remember a few seasons back overhearing a father saying it was the third game he'd taken his kid to and he hadn't seen a goal yet. I think we scored later that game though, bless.

I am gonna take my Lil girl Havana next season for sure, she will be 3 then.
I want her 1st time to be as a Mascot though, it's a lot of cash but I never got to do it.

I took my daughter to her first match when she was 4, absolutely loved it. It was a few years back, can't recall the game but it was the one when a 10 year old girl ran onto the pitch during the game, I think her younger brother followed and the stewards tried to catch her, the crowd started chanting "let her go". My daughter got so excited she threw a chip up in the air and landed on this hard geezer next to her who said "next time you throw a chip make sure you aim for my mouth" brilliant

Daughter loved it, up to then she had only been exposed to ballet, gym, libraries and theatres.

Remember her telling someone going to football was "seeing young men running chasing a ball and old men in the crowd using very bad language"

Taking your kid to football, is a sure way to notify them where they have come from. Hope you all have a great experience, love the way even the most p*****d rangers fan is completely polite and friendly to kids and their mums, really is a great club with great support.
                            Wife weren't impressed.

My daughter was almost 5 when i took her to her first game...barnsley at home the season we won the championship.
nice little 4-0 win to get her started
She became a bit of a lucky charm that season, the only game she saw us lose was at home to leeds last game of the season.
