Joey Barton will never play for QPR again I don't think, if Marseille don't want him someone else will. His QPR career is finishedUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I really don't like Mr Barton, and I don't even rate him that highly. However, if we could have him back NOW then I might take him purely for the grit and fight he offers and might add to our current plight. However, it would be a major gamble as off the pitch he remains a total nightmare and may, as Dale, says divide the team which would be the last thing we need.
However, as he's not coming back until the end of the season earliest, this is irrelevant. So in which case, no matter what happens, do not want him back !

He got sent off twice last season, Diakite and Mbia have so far been sent off once in far less games.
