The Park/Bothroyd goal was the worst combination we could have got

I will give credit to Park, he did great to set it up, and well done to Bothroyd to finish it. And thanks to that we got 3 points.

But in the long-run, this might harm us, because they're both sh1te, but because of that goal, they might get chosen again.

Bothroyd must be replaced by Tarbs, and Park must be replaced by Townsend. Tarbs, Townsend and Remy are our three best players, Tarbs and Remy have played together twice (West Ham and Man City), and did well in those games, and this is the team I want to see next week.

    ---------------------------------------GK---------------------------------------
    Bosingwa ------------------Samba ------------- Hill ------------------------Fabio
    -------------------------------------Diakite-------------------------------------
    Townsend---------------------------Granero-------------------------------Hoilett
    -----------------------------------------------Tarbs-----------------------------
    --------------------------------------Remy--------------------------------------

I don't agree with that rule. You choose your best side. If a newly put together side scraped a win by playing poorly, then the chances are they won't do it the next game.

never mentioned a rule, just don't think it would be wise, we'll see what harry does.

So we go back to Adel slowing the attacking play down, hitting tame shots at top quality keepers, no thanks

But that's a myth that he slows the game down. When he was playing with Remy against Man City and West Ham, he slowed nothing down. Most of the time when he has slowed things down is when we had lazy Cisse in front of him or Mackie running like a headless chicken. That isn't Adel's fault.

Very gracious of you to accept Park set up the goal well, what you fail to say is how good a game Park had ! But hey that doesn't fit into your running down Park even though he had a very very good game.

Actually, if you read my older posts, I said we should play Park. So I am not anti-Park.

The fact is he has been sh1te, and was sh1te again today. He made one great, telling contribution, and for that I give him credit.

Hmmm, I can't agree that he had a "very very good game" obviously he had a moment of brilliance that won us the match but at times I thought he was poor, he was looking very lightweight and on the deck a lot even though ironically he picked himself off the deck to set up the winner!

Thought Park was poor but it was a great assist. In fact thought overall we looked the much poorer side. Difference was this week that although we only had 3 shots on target which is round about normal..2 of them actually went in.

Lets not go overboard, he wasnt great but it was a massive improvement on his performance against MK Dons

I think we have to have enough trust in Harry to determine whether he thought the pair of them did enough to warrant being selected next match, honestly the Park selection was a shocker to me, there are rumours he is on his way to Toronto FC and I really didn't figure he was in Harry's plans anymore! We have to trust the Gaffer, I think he knows a bit more about his team than any of us!

For some of you lot to say you know football and even 'played' at a good level is obviously a joke coz when idiots state Park was 'lightweight or just plain ****e' obviously know f... all about football.

Taraabt is a God in his own head and needs a spell out of the team. He over complicates simple moves, slows attacks down, shoots when should pass, does imaginary challenges for high balls....one over-rated but potentially good player.

Park's game is not one of tricks and skill, it's closing the space down and players down...it's very simple really like some posters on here.
