Sissoko and Joe Cole

Both scored over the weekend games. Could have bought the pair for £3m in January. Done more in a few games than all the QPR midfield put together.

Could have gone in for him in the summer, had one year left on his contract so should have been able to negotiate a knock down fee even then.

HR was said to be after both of them. Sissoko chose Newcastle, Cole chose to go home to Spam because, in his own words to H, sorry but I think you are down. Like Geng says, this aint football manager we are talking about and as jfish says the experts here didn't want Cole. The same experts that say H doesn't have a clue, despite him trying to sign the two players now being bigged up :pleasantsuprise:

Joe Cole suits West Ham, it's a perfect match.believe me he would of been poor for QPR as our fans would expect too much again ( ie Hoilett, Granero etc etc ). As for Sissoko, it's hard to challenege when Newcastle signed French players. We should never look back tbh ( unless it's the Chelsea or Foolham match )

Maybe if our midfielders played in their teams then they may have scored or got some assists. We create nothing so you can not say these players would have done the same at the Rangers.

sissoko was never coming here, it's just arry waffling.... joe cole wouldn't have worked out here IMO, not what we need(ed)

just because they 'get goals from midfield' doesnt mean they'd do it for us

c/s whoever said DIAME. he would've been perfect for us and tied in with our obsession with signing free transfers.... no doubt he has the wrong agent or something
