to come back up, quickly...you need a squad of 18 players who actually want to play for qpr, want to be here, prepared to graft, no big heads,egos,will engage with fans.
you need a capt with experience (someone like derry from 3 yrs ago would be ideal) and some youngsters and old pros.
the club need to realise us fans are here for life...not just pamper to newbys, corporate or fans from over seas
we are in it together, don't create "walls".
olly had it right, he engaged with fans all the time...flav too, cos you need a "plan" , that's adaptable and support a manager ( flav didn't do)
DO NOT TALK OF NEW GROUND until it's done, agreed,land bought and plans approved...focus on waht you have available now and make do.
